First and foremost, Happy New Year to everyone and Happy 19th Birthday to me!
Its been a while since I’ve updated because things have been a little hectic lately with all the traveling and whatnot, but its time to get back on track. Alot of new and exciting stuff has been going on lately, so get your pens and pencils ready kids because class is now in session. The holidays were really good for me, ate alot of food, got some good gifts and partied my ass off for the New Year. I was in Miami celebrating the coming of the new decade & my birthday from late December right up until about a week ago, on January 13th. I had alot of fun in the big MIA as usual, but was so happy to get back to the CHI! And now that I’m back, I’ve been doing alot of proactive things in my life. Ive just recently signed up for a long term gym membership here at one of the highest rated gyms in Chicago and I couldnt be happier. Before this year, I worked out seldomly when I could, but one of my major New Years resolutions was to get into better shape and start eating more healthy. So whats the first thing I did? As soon as I got back to the Chi, I went down to my local gym and got a new membership and let me tell ya, only after two weeks, Ive seen dramatic changes not only out the exterior of my body, but also on the inside as well. I have more energy, my arms and chest are getting bigger by the day and my 6 pack is finally coming in. For the first time in my entire life, Ive actually been serious about working out in the gym and staying committed to it. I can say for the first time in a long time that Im actually proud of myself. My ultimate goal is by spring break (late March) to have gained at least 10 pounds of muscle and to have the body Ive always wanted. And as long as I keep doing what I’m doing and keep the determination that I have, then my goal will definitely be reached and I will hopefully even surpass that goal by late March. Evey week I will be posting my workout results so be sure to check back! And also another thing thats up for discussion is my newest DVD, “Cody Kyler’s Pinga Paradise.” It has been selling like crazy and flying off the shelves in our Miami warehouse. I’d like to thank everyone out there for buying my DVD and to those who hopefully will! Just sending out a great big thanks and to be on the lookout for my next DVD set to come out in late Spring.
